To provide a transparent display device which is excellent in reliability by suppressing a migration of wires.SOLUTION: A transparent display device includes: a transparent base material 10; light-emitting diode elements 23 at least one of which is provided at each pixel on the transparent base material 10 and each of which has an area of 10000 μm2 or less; a plurality of wires connected to each of the light-emitting diode elements 23; and a sealing layer 50 for covering the light-emitting diode elements 23 provided on the transparent base material 10 and the plurality of wires.
