To provide a processing method of rim surface according to laser engraving.SOLUTION: A processing method of rim surface according to laser engraving includes a bottom color processing step, an engraving processing step and a fine polishing processing step. In the bottom color processing, a coating surface is formed by coating and curing on a rim surface. In the engraving processing, a predetermined portion of a rim is engraved according to a laser method, in the predetermined portion, the coating surface is removed according to the laser method and the predetermined portion that is engraved is provided with an exposure part that exposes a surface of the rim having metal gloss. In the fine polishing processing, the surface of rim is polished to form a fine polishing surface on the surface of the rim, on an exposure part. Thereby, the coating surface of rim surface is quickly removed to provide an effect of appearance of metal gloss. Further, relatively excellent corrosion resistance is given to the rim, processing cost is reduced and processing accuracy is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】レーザー彫刻によるリム表面の処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】底色処理ステップと、彫刻処理ステップと、精細研磨処理ステップとを含む。底色処理において、リム表面に塗料面を塗装且つ硬化して形成す。彫刻処理において、リムの所定の部分をレーザー方式で彫刻し、前記所定の部分において、レーザー方式により、前記塗料面を除去し、且つ彫刻された前記所定の部分は、金属艶のあるリムの表面を露出する露出部を備える。精細研磨処理において、リムを表面研磨して、露出部におけるリムの表面に精細研磨面を形成する。これにより、リム表面の塗料面を迅速に除去して、金属艶が現れる効果を達成する。また、リムに比較的、優れた低耐食性を付与し、加工コストの削減及び加工精度の向上を実現する。【選択図】図1
