To provide an inspection device of a wind power generator suppressed in increase of operation costs and improved in reliability.SOLUTION: An inspection device includes: a blade 1 rotated by receiving wind; a nacelle 2 supporting weighting of the blade 1; a tower 3 constituted by connecting a plurality of members and revolvably supporting the nacelle 2; a defect detection device 5 for detecting defect on a welding portion 7 of the tower 3; and a wire 6 extended to a ground side at a lower part of the nacelle 2. The wire 6 includes the defect detection device 5, and the defect detection device 5 is moved with the revolution of the nacelle 2. An opening state of a connection portion 7 is changed by the revolution of the nacelle 2. The defect detection device 5 inspects change of the opening state of the connection portion 7 to detect defect.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
