To provide a method by which a transportation vehicle system can be introduced without modifying a floor surface of a factory or a storehouse.SOLUTION: A transportation vehicle system comprises a transportation vehicle 120 to transport an article and a guideway 10 on which the transportation vehicle 120 travels and the guideway 10 is constituted of plate-like members with such surfaces' friction coefficient as the vehicle is able to travel on the members. The guideway 10 is formed by setting plural plate-like members 11 on a floor surface of a factory or a store house in order to leave no space between the members. Yet, the plate-like members 11 are set only on the guide way 10 and need not be set on other part of the floor. Markers 12 had better been arranged with a prescribed interval distance on the surface of the plate-like member 11 to guide traveling of the transportation vehicle 120. 【課題】工場や倉庫の床面を改修することなく、搬送車システムの導入を可能とする。【解決手段】物品を運搬する搬送車120と、搬送車120が走行する走行路10とを備える搬送車システムであって、走行路10は、搬送車が走行可能な摩擦係数を有する表面を有する板状部材で構成される。走行路10は、工場や倉庫の床面に複数の板状部材11を隙間なく設置して形成される。なお、板状部材11は、走行路10の部分のみに設置すればよく、床面の他の部分に設置しなくてもよい。板状部材11の表面には搬送車120の走行をガイドするマーカ12が所定の間隔で配置されるとよい。前述したように、搬送車120は、マーカ12を読み取ることによって自己位置を特定して走行可能である。【選択図】図2
