To provide an acoustic vibration device which can be made thin as a whole, and furthermore in which a lead wire end extending from a coil arranged in a vibration part can be stably connected to a terminal part, and an on-vehicle acoustic device using the same.SOLUTION: A bobbin 21 is fixed to a vibration transmission part 20 fixed to an interior material of a vehicle, and a coil 23 wound around the bobbin 21 is located in a magnetic gap in a magnetic circuit part of a mass part 10. A terminal part 25 fixed to the vibration transmission part 20 is arranged in a position that does not overlap with the vibration transmission part 20 in the front-back direction. Lead wire ends 23a, 23b extending from the coil 23 extend along a surface 21a of the bobbin 21 and a surface of the vibration transmission part 20, and are connected to the terminal part 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
