To provide a train security system configured to be able to detect occurrence of abnormal change even from slight change in rotation speed on the basis of a principle of detecting idling, sliding or re-adhesion from a phenomenon that a rotation speed of a wheel suddenly changes.SOLUTION: A train security system 10 comprises a vehicle 8, a train on-board device 6, a first device 1, and second devices 2 and 3. The vehicle 8 travels by rolling of a wheel 4 on a track. The first device 1 detects rotation of at least one of the wheel 4 and a wheel axis of the wheel 4. The second devices 2 and 3 detect travel states of the vehicle 8. The train on-board device 6 is a control device mounted on the vehicle 8 in order to control travelling of the vehicle 8, which determines at least one of sliding and idling of the vehicle 8 on the basis of a detected result by the first device 1 and detected results by the second devices 2 and 3. The train on-board device 6 security-controls travelling of the vehicle 8 on the basis of the determined result and a signal from a device on the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 車輪の回転速度が急変する現象から、空転、滑走、又は再粘着を検知する原理に基づいて、僅かな回転速度の変化からも異変の発生を検知可能な列車保安システムを提供する。【解決手段】列車保安システム10は、車両8と、列車車上装置6と、第1の装置1と、第2の装置2,3と、を備える。車両8は、軌道上を車輪4が転動することによって走行する。第1の装置1は、車輪4、及び、車輪4の車軸の少なくとも一方の回転を検出する。第2の装置2,3は、車両8の走行状態を検出する。列車車上装置6は、車両8の走行を制御するために車両8に搭載された制御装置であり、第1の装置1の検出結果と第2の装置2,3の検出結果とに基づいて、車両8の滑走、及び、空転の少なくとも一方を判定する。この列車車上装置6は、この判定結果と、地上装置からの信号と、に基づいて、車両8の走行を保安制御する。【選択図】図1
