To provide a portable device and a remote keyless entry system capable of detecting with accuracy a relay attack on a vehicle mounted with a RKE system.SOLUTION: A portable device according to an embodiment is provided with: a receiver receiving vehicular on-board device signals including a determination signal of which a signal level has a specific part; a controller determining whether the vehicular on-board device signal is a correct one based on a wave shape in an object region of the determination signal of which the signal level has the specific part; and a transmitter transmitting a portable device signal corresponding with a result of the vehicular on-board device signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
