To provide an optical device with which it is possible to suppress and lock the displacement of an optical member.SOLUTION: An optical device 50 pertaining to the present invention is provided with a first and a second optical member 2, 5 and capable of adjusting the position of the second optical member in a first direction perpendicular to the optical axis of the first optical member. The optical device 50 comprises: a first holding member 1 having a reference plane perpendicular to the optical axis and holding the first optical member; a second holding member 4 having a first and a second inclined face 4a, 4b which are inclined in reverse to each other across the optical axis and a cross section parallel to the first direction and holding the second optical member; and a first and a second pressing member 14, 13 having a third and a fourth inclined face 14a, 13a which are in contact with the first and second inclined faces. Each of the first and second pressing members presses the second holding member against the reference plane and presses the same against the fourth and third inclined faces, the first and/or the second pressing members being movable in a second direction perpendicular to the optical axis and the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
