To ensure that the location of a call can be identified when making a call for an elevator or the like.SOLUTION: An elevator position identifying system includes a boarding area image storage unit 180 that stores images of a boarding area of an elevator to be monitored, and identifies the position of the elevator to be monitored by comparing the image added to a received call with the image of the boarding area accumulated by the boarding area image storage unit 180 when it receives the call from a client terminal. The elevator position identifying system then generates monitoring information for the elevator whose position is identified and transmits the monitoring information to a terminal at a monitoring center or a terminal of a worker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】エレベーターなどの昇降機についての通報時に、通報位置の特定が確実にできるようにする。【解決手段】監視を行う昇降機の乗場の画像を蓄積する乗場画像蓄積部180を備え、顧客端末からの通報を受信したとき、受信した通報に付加された画像と乗場画像蓄積部180が蓄積した乗場の画像との比較で、対象とする昇降機の位置を特定する。そして、位置を特定した昇降機の監視情報を生成して、監視センタの端末または作業員の端末に、監視情報を伝送するようにした。【選択図】図1
