To accurately determine an occurrence of a falling into water accident.SOLUTION: A falling into water accident determination system 1 detects weight cast on a bottom surface of a feet of a passenger 5 by using weight detectors 25 and 31 and determines whether or not the weight cast on the bottom surface of the feet of the passenger 5 has varied based on the detection result. In addition, the falling into water accident determination system 1 detects water by a water detector 21 and determines whether or not the passenger 5 is immersed in water according to the detection result. Then, the falling into water accident determination system 1 determines that the falling into water accident has occurred when the weight on the bottom surface of the feet of the passenger 5 varies and the passenger 5 is immersed in water as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
