To provide a solar panel mounting structure on a float with good workability and high reliability.SOLUTION: A float 1 made of foamed particle molded product with skin material has a high-position mounting portion 1A and a low-position mounting portion for mounting a solar panel 50 in an inclined state. A recessed groove 3 is formed in the mounting portions in a substantially horizontal direction. One end of the solar panel 50 is hooked to the recessed groove 3. By a stopper metal fitting 30 inserted into a through-hole 4 formed in the bottom portion of the recessed groove, a portion between the bottom of the recessed groove and one end of the solar panel 50 is sandwiched to prevent the solar panel 50 from detaching from the recessed groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
