To enhance reliability and effectiveness of vehicular braking in emergency situations.SOLUTION: An embodiment includes an electric mechanism 8 having a rod. The rod is attached to a piston 11 of a hydraulic cylinder 9 that has a top portion with an inlet hole 12 and an outlet hole 15. The inlet hole is connected to a main pipeline 15, and the outlet hole is in communication with the operating brake cylinder. The top portion of the hydraulic cylinder has a compensating port 13 in close proximity to the electrical mechanism, the compensation port having an additional pipeline 14 in communication with the main pipeline.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
