To provide a stiffener for a chassis frame which efficiently reduces stress concentration at a connection portion of a chassis frame and a lateral rod.SOLUTION: A stiffener 65 for a chassis frame reinforces a connection portion of a lateral rod 64 which restricts displacement in a vehicle width direction Y of a rear axle 43 supported by a chassis frame 10 of a vehicle 1 through air suspensions 62L, 62R, and an inner side surface of a right side rail 11R, and includes a first reinforcing plate 65a connected to the lateral rod 64 at the connection portion, and a second reinforcing plate 65b arranged and overlapped on the first reinforcing plate 65a along the inner side surface of the right side rail 11R. In the stiffener 65 for a chassis frame, a front end part in a vehicle front-rear direction X of the second reinforcing plate 65b extends forward than a predetermined width with respect to the first reinforcing plate 65a, and has a cutout N at an end part of an air suspension 62R side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
