The outer member 40 extends across a space S formed between the inner member 30 and the outer plate 50. A lining part 41 of the outer member 40, which is located inward in the vehicle width direction with respect to the space S, covers a wall surface 30w of the inner member 30 and is connected to the inner member 30.
