To provide a tire outer surface shape measuring device that can contribute to improvement in productivity of a tire, while reducing a burden on an operator in calibration work.SOLUTION: The measuring device comprises a calibration unit 8 that is used for calibration of a plurality of laser displacement meters 18. The calibration unit 8 includes a calibration plate 22 and a telescopic module 24. When calibration of the plurality of laser displacement meters 18 is performed, the telescopic module 24 arranges the calibration plate 22 at a position where it receives radiation of laser beams. When the plurality of laser displacement meters 18 radiate laser beams toward an outer surface of a tire to acquire data of the distance to the outer surface of the tire, the telescopic module 24 arranges the calibration plate 22 at a position where it does not receive the radiation of the laser beams.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
