To provide a rear bracket which inhibits increase of an allocated load.SOLUTION: A rear bracket is used in a vehicle, mounted with a motor and a power control unit which drives the motor, and supports the power control unit, disposed above the housing at a spacing from the housing, with a front bracket relative to the housing. The rear bracket includes: a base part 11 fixed to the housing through bolts 21; and a support part 12 extending to the power control unit from a front end of the base part 11. The support part 12 has a recessed part 32 into which the heads 21a of the bolts 21 enter when a load is applied in a direction such that the heads 21 of the bolts 21 and the support part 12 contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
