To provide a towing hitch which absorbs an impact while inhibiting damage of a high voltage device mounted on a vehicle rear part when an impact load is input from the vehicle rear.SOLUTION: A towing hitch 30 is attached to rear side member rear parts 11, tows a towed vehicle, and includes: fixed brackets 31 attached to the rear side member rear parts 11, a cross member 32 which connects the fixed brackets 31, and a hitch arm 33 in which the front side is fixed to the cross member 32 and a hitch ball 37, to which the towed vehicle is coupled, is attached to the rear side.
