To position a power reception coil relative to a power supply coil with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A parking control system 1 includes: a power reception coil 11 mounted on a vehicle 10; a power supply coil 600 which is installed on a road surface and performs wireless power supply to the power reception coil 11; a heat distribution image generation device 200 which generates a heat distribution image of the power supply coil 600 and is mounted on the vehicle 10; and an on-vehicle device 400 mounted on the vehicle 10. The on-vehicle device 400 includes: an estimation part which estimates a position of the power supply coil 600 in the heat distribution image generated by the heat distribution image generation device 200; and an output part which outputs an instruction used for running control of the vehicle 10 based on a position of the power supply coil 600 estimated by the estimation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
