To provide a power supply circuit and a power supply device capable of suppressing an increase of consumption power.SOLUTION: A PMOS 1 is provided for switching between a feeding state of feeding power to a feeding target and a blocking state of blocking power feeding to the feeding target between an on-vehicle power supply 50 and the feeding target. A P-channel MOSFET is adopted in the PMOS 1. A first voltage application circuit 71 has a function of switching switch states of the PMOS 1. The first voltage application circuit 71 applies voltage of potential lower than that of the on-vehicle power supply 50 to a gate terminal 74 in order to switch the state of the PMOS 1 to the feeding state, and applies voltage of potential the same as that of the on-vehicle power supply 50 to the gate terminal 74 in order to switch the state of the PMOS 1 to the blocking state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
