To provide a fuel cell system in which a tab and a bus bar can be efficiently disposed between a cover portion and a cell laminate, and also a space outside the cover portion can be effectively utilized, and a fuel cell vehicle.SOLUTION: The outer surface of an upper wall portion 44u (cover portion) of a stack case 44 of a fuel cell system 16 disposed in a fuel cell vehicle 10 includes a first outer surface 110a, a second outer surface 112a located closer on a side where the cell laminate 32 is located than the first outer surface 110a, and an outer surface coupling portion 114a. A space S where tabs 82a, 84a and bus bars 102, 104 are disposed is formed between a first upper wall portion 110 of the upper wall portion 44u and the cell laminate 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
