To suppress positional deviation of a fastening part in an axial direction of a rubber boot.SOLUTION: A rubber boot 61 comprises a cylinder mounting part, a bellows 63, a fastening part 64, and a flange part 65. The cylinder mounting part and the fastening part 64 are provided on both sides of the rubber boot 61 in an axial direction with the bellows 63 interposed therebetween. The fastening part 64 is a portion to which fastening force from a fastening member is applied when the rubber boot 61 is mounted to a tilt cylinder. The rubber boot 61 comprises a rib 66. The rib 66 is provided in the fastening part 64 of the rubber boot 61. The rib 66 projects from an inner peripheral surface of the fastening part 64.
