To provide a trailing twist beam type suspension which is high in a fore-and-aft compliance, and improved so as to be adjustable in the fore-and-aft compliance.SOLUTION: A trailing twist beam type suspension (10) includes: a pair of trailing arms (12L, 12R) which are separately arranged in a lateral direction of a vehicle (16), and rotatably support corresponding wheels (20L, 20R) at a rear end part; and a twist beam (14) extending in the lateral direction of the vehicle, and integrally connecting a pair of the trailing arms. The trailing arms are elastically deformable accompanied by a bound and a rebound of the wheels. The trailing twist beam type suspension also includes a pair of first and second connecting devices (24L, 24R and 26L, 26R) for connecting front end parts of a pair of the trailing arms to a vehicle body (22) of the vehicle, the first and second connecting devices are separately arranged in a fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle, and the stiffness of the first connecting device in the fore-and-aft direction is lower than the stiffness of the second connecting device in the fore-and-aft direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
