To detect three or more rotational positions of a rotary part by a simply constituted sensor.SOLUTION: In a shifter 10, a detection gear 32 is provided with a magnet 34. The detection gear 32 is rotated so that the magnet 34 can be rotated. In this case, an N-sensor 38 and an S-sensor 40 detect that magnetic poles of the magnet 34 are brought close to/brought away from each other. Thus, four rotational positions of the magnet 34 are detected, and four rotational positions of the detection gear 32 are detected. This enables the four rotational positions of the detection gear 32 to be detected by the N-sensor 38 and the S-sensor 40, which are simply constituted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】簡単な構成のセンサにより回転部の3位置以上の回転位置を検出する。【解決手段】シフト装置10では、検出ギア32にマグネット34が設けられており、検出ギア32が回転されて、マグネット34が回転される。ここで、Nセンサ38及びSセンサ40がマグネット34の磁極の近接と離間とを検出することで、マグネット34の4位置の回転位置が検出されて、検出ギア32の4位置の回転位置が検出される。このため、簡単な構成のNセンサ38及びSセンサ40により検出ギア32の4位置の回転位置を検出できる。【選択図】図1
