When the lid part 12b is in an open state, the second torsion coil spring 20 is fastened by the fixed pin 34 and the turning pin 36, and a center of the turning pin 36 is located in a direction in which the lid part 12b is opened in a turning path C2 of the turning pin 36 rather than a neutral line Lb which passes a center of the fixed pin 34 and a center of the rotating shaft 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
