To provide a power supply circuit suitable for a redundant system with a small voltage drop and a small loss.SOLUTION: A power supply circuit 1 supplies an MR sensor 2a with power from two different power supplies 1, 2 by first power supply circuits 6a, 6b. The first and second power supply circuits 6a, 6b have connecting lines 7a, 7b connecting: FETs 4a, 4b connected to the power supplies 1, 2 and turned on when power is turned on; FETs 5a, 5b disposed between the power supplies 1, 2 and the MR sensor 2a and turned on when the FETs 4a, 4b are turned on; and the first and second power supply circuits 6a, 6b, respectively. When the power supply 1 is turned on first, although the FET4a and the FET5a are turned on, and power is supplied to the MR sensor 2a, the FET4b cannot be turned on due to the connection line 7a, and power is supplied from the power supply 1 only. If the power supply 1 is disturbed, the FET 4a is turned off, the FET 4b is turned on, and the power supply system is immediately switched over to the power supply 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電圧降下が小さく、損失も少ない、冗長系に好適な電源供給回路を提供する。【解決手段】電源供給回路1は、MRセンサ2aに対し2つの異なる電源1,2から、第1電源回路6a,6bによって電力を供給する。第1,第2電源回路6a,6bはそれぞれ、電源1,2と接続され電源が投入されるとオンされるFET4a,4bと、電源1,2とMRセンサ2aとの間に配されFET4a,4bがオンされるとオンとなるFET5a,5bと、第1,第2電源回路6a,6bとの間を接続する連絡線7a,7bを有する。電源1が先に投入されると、FET4a・FET5aがオンとなり、MRセンサ2aに電力が供給されるが、このとき、連絡線7aによってFET4bはオンできなくなり、電源1のみから電源が供給される。電源1に支障が生じるとFET4aがオフとなり、FET4bがオンされ、電力の供給系統が直ちに電源2に切り替わる。【選択図】図1
