To absorb not only rattling in an axial direction of a damper but also rattling in a radial direction with a damper structure without increasing dimensional accuracy and thereby reduce cost.SOLUTION: A bearing hole 70 is formed at a casing. An inner peripheral surface of the bearing hole 70 has a taper surface part 70a. A damper 54 includes: a shaft part 60 which is inserted into the bearing hole 70; and a contact part 63 which protrudes in a direction away from an outer peripheral surface of the shaft part 60 in a radial direction and is formed by an elastic material which contacts with the taper surface 70a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
