In addition, the traffic information processing device which simulates the sensing control, also comprises: a minimum/maximum time computation unit 14 for computing the minimum time and the maximum time of the lighting time of a sensing control signal lighting instrument that is a target of sensing control; and a minimum time update unit 15 for updating the minimum time by a unit lighting time based on whether or not there is a sensing response of the sensing signal determination unit.
