To provide an operational information service system for an autonomous traveling vehicle using a smart fence, which acquires and combines pieces of peripheral situation information, and transmits them to the autonomous traveling vehicle.SOLUTION: An operational information service system comprises a smart fence, an unmanned flying object, a CCTV, and a control center for transmitting, to an autonomous traveling vehicle, pieces of operational information obtained by combining first to third peripheral situation information received from the smart fence, the unmanned flying object, and the CCTV. The unmanned flying object and the CCTV perform first learning of a peripheral voice sound during a prescribed period, shoot a video of an event by performing first determination that the event has occurred when a voice signal not subjected to the first learning is recognized, and transmit, to the control center, the peripheral video acquired by the shooting and the voice signal not subjected to the first learning. The control center compares the received voice signal not subjected to the first learning and the peripheral video with a second learning model established by learning a voice signal pattern and a video object pattern of each event, finally determines that the event has occurred when they are matched, and provides the autonomous traveling vehicle with a re-researched route based on the event-occurring position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】周辺状況情報を獲得して取り合わせて自律走行車に送信するスマートフェンスを用いた自律走行車のための運行情報提供システムを提供すること。【解決手段】スマートフェンス、無人飛行体、CCTVを含み、前記スマートフェンス、無人飛行体及びCCTVから受信される第1〜第3周辺状況情報を取り合わせた運行情報を自律走行車に伝送する管制センターを含み、前記無人飛行体及びCCTVは、所定の周期の間に周辺音声を第1学習し、第1学習されなかった音声信号が認識されればイベント発生と第1判断して撮影を行い、撮影で獲得した周辺映像及び前記第1学習されなかった音声信号を前記管制センターに伝送し、前記管制センターは、前記第1学習されなかった音声信号及び周辺映像が受信されれば、イベント別音声信号パターン及び映像客体パターンを学習して構築された第2学習モデルと比較し、互いにマッチすればイベント発生と最終に判断し、該当イベント発生位置に基づいて再探索された経路を前記自律走行車に提供する。【選択図】図1
