To improve aerodynamic characteristic of a vehicle without damaging design property and safety of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A aerodynamic characteristic control device vibrates a part of a vehicle body such as a window glass or an outside plate, and forms condensation and rarefaction of air, that is, a portion with high air pressure and a portion with low air pressure on a surface of the part of the vehicle body. This control device exhibits an effect similar to that in the case that plural dimples are formed on the surface of the part of the vehicle body, and can improve aerodynamic characteristic of a vehicle without damaging design property and safety of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両のデザイン性や安全性を損なうことなく当該車両の空力特性を向上させる。【解決手段】本開示の空力特性制御装置は、窓ガラスや外板といった車体の一部を加振装置により振動させて当該車体の一部の表面上に空気の疎密、すなわち、空気の圧力が高い部分と空気の圧力が低い部分とを形成するものであって、当該車体の一部の表面に複数のディンプルが形成されている場合と同様の効果を奏し、車両のデザイン性や安全性を損なうことなく当該車両の空力特性を向上させる。【選択図】図1
