To accurately determine circumstances outside a vehicle while maintaining good photoelectric conversion.SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 comprises: a window pane 4 including a photoelectric conversion element for which a sensitivity wavelength range is outside of a visible light wavelength range; and a camera 7 that is positioned in a vehicle interior space 5 so as to photograph an outside 6 of the vehicle via the window pane, and for which a sensitivity wavelength range is outside the visible light wavelength range. The sensitivity wavelength range for the photoelectric conversion element and the sensitivity wavelength range for the camera at least partially overlap. The window pane is divided into: a high permeation section 41 for which light permeability in the sensitivity wavelength range for the camera is relatively high; and a low permeation section 42 for which light permeability in the sensitivity wavelength range for the camera is relatively low. An imaging section 4c and the high permeation section 41 at least overlap.
