To provide a vehicle front section structure capable of enhancing the rigidity and strength of a load transmitting path reaching a back-side front pillar.SOLUTION: Each front pillar 12 includes: a front-side pillar 16; and a back-side pillar 18 which is located at the rear side of a vehicle relative to the front-side pillar 16, and which is extended along the vertical direction. Each front pillar 12 includes a front pillar inner 13b extended toward the back-side pillar 18 from the vehicle-rear side of a pair of right and left upper members extended along the vehicle back-and-forth direction within a vehicle compartment. Each front pillar inner 13b includes: an upper part coupled portion 20 that is coupled to a front pillar outer 13a located outside the vehicle in the upper part of the vehicle; a vehicle width extended portion 22 extended from the upper part coupled portion 20 toward the internal side relative to the vehicle widthwise direction; and a vertical extended portion 24 extended toward the down side of the vehicle from the vehicle width extended portion 22.
