To provide an electric moving body which can use a DC power supply spot in an area.SOLUTION: An electric moving body V includes: a first power conversion device 1 for receiving and supplying DC power from the outside, and converting it to AC power; a power storage device 4 for storing power, and supplying power necessary for rotationally driving a drive electric device 5; a second power conversion device 2 for converting the DC power of the power storage device 4 to AC power; and a power demand/supply changeover device 3 arranged in a middle position between and among the second power conversion device 2, the first power conversion device 1 and the drive electric device 5, selecting either of the first power conversion device 1 or the drive electric device 5, and connecting the selected device to the second power conversion device 2. When the electric moving body V is in a traveling state, the power demand/supply changeover device 3 selects the drive electric device 5, and connects it to the power storage device 4 via the second power conversion device 2, and when the electric moving body V is in a non-traveling state, the power demand/supply changeover device selects the first power conversion device 1, and connects it to the power storage device 4 via the second power conversion device 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
