To provide a regeneration brake device of an electric vehicle which can enhance a possibility for avoiding an accident by setting a regeneration brake force which is strengthened stronger than a regeneration brake force which is set at a normal operation when a current position is high in a risk of the occurrence of a traffic accident, and an external environment is high in a risk of the occurrence of the traffic accident.SOLUTION: A regeneration brake device of an electric vehicle comprises: a drive motor 5 of the electric vehicle; regeneration brake control means 17 for controlling the drive motor to a regeneration brake state; traveling position determination means 13 for determining whether or not a current position is high in a risk of the occurrence of a traffic accident; and traveling environment determination means 15 for detecting whether or not an external environment is high in a risk of the occurrence of the traffic accident. The regeneration brake control means has a preventive safety regeneration brake control part 27 for setting a regeneration brake force to a force stronger than a regeneration brake force which is set at a normal operation state when both the traveling position determination means and the traveling environment determination means determine that the risk of the occurrence of the traffic accident is high.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】本発明の少なくとも一つの実施形態は、現在位置が交通事故発生リスクの高い場所であり且つ外部環境が交通事故発生リスクの高い環境の場合に、通常運転時に設定される回生ブレーキ力より強めた回生ブレーキ力を設定して事故回避の可能性を高めることができる電動車両の回生ブレーキ装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】電動車両の駆動モータ5と、駆動モータを回生ブレーキ状態に制御する回生ブレーキ制御手段17と、現在位置が交通事故発生リスクの高い場所かを判定する走行場所判定手段13と、外部環境が交通事故発生リスクの高い環境かを判定する走行環境判定手段15と、を備え、回生ブレーキ制御手段は、走行場所判定手段及び走行環境判定手段が共に、交通事故発生リスクが高いと判定したとき、通常運転状態において設定される回生ブレーキ力より強い回生ブレーキ力に設定する予防安全回生ブレーキ制御部27を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
