To enable a user to select a share-ride vehicle of an optimum traveling route in real time in response to a desired boarding request in a share-ride vehicle allocation device, a traffic navigation system, a share-ride vehicle allocation method and a share-ride vehicle allocation program.SOLUTION: A share-ride vehicle allocation device includes: a receiving unit for receiving a boarding reservation including boarding position information, getting-off position information, and time information indicating at least one of a boarding desired time and a getting-off desired time; an acquisition unit for acquiring vehicle position information indicating a current position of a share-ride vehicle; a derivation unit for deriving a share-ride vehicle of a traveling route satisfying conditions of reservation of riding based on the reservation of riding and the vehicle position information; and a communication unit for selectively transmitting selection information including vehicle information indicating a derived share-ride vehicle and time information indicating at least one of time of an estimated time of arrival at the boarding position and an estimated time of arrival at the getting-off position of the share-ride vehicle indicated by the vehicle information and receiving selection information selected by the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
