To predict work starting time and work finishing time of a worker who performs an inspection work and a maintenance work of an elevator with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A work management system 1 of an elevator includes a terminal carried by a worker and a server capable of communicating with the terminal. The terminal has an air pressure sensor and an air pressure sensor value registration section to register the time series variation of an air pressure value measured by the air pressure sensor. A server has a storage section and a determination section of the work starting time and of the work finishing time. A storage section stores the air pressure value registered by the air pressure value registration section and a pre-planned work schedule. The determination section of the work starting time and of the work finishing time extracts the air pressure sensor value from the storage section, where the air pressure sensor value is included in the work time of the work schedule stored in the storage section, determines the execution time of each floor operation estimated to be done by the worker during the earliest time zone as the work starting time based on the air pressure sensor value, and determines the execution time of each floor operation estimated to be done by the worker during the lattermost time zone as the work finishing time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】エレベーターの点検および整備作業を行う作業者の作業開始および終了時刻を高精度に推定する。【解決手段】エレベーターの作業管理システム1は、作業者に携行される端末と、端末と通信可能なサーバを含む。端末は、気圧センサと、気圧センサによって測定された気圧値の時系列変化を登録する気圧センサ値登録部とを有する。サーバは、記憶部と、作業開始および終了時刻決定部とを有する。記憶部は、気圧センサ値登録部によって登録された気圧センサ値と予め計画されている作業スケジュールとを格納する。作業開始および終了時刻決定部は、記憶部に格納されている作業スケジュールの作業時間に含まれる気圧センサ値を記憶部から抽出し、気圧センサ値をもとに、作業者により、最も早い時間帯に行われたと推定される各階運転の実施時刻を作業開始時刻と決定し、最も遅い時間帯に行われたと推定される各階運転の実施時刻を作業終了時刻と決定する。【選択図】図2
