Of the rim part, an end 21a, which is disposed on the vehicle body center side, has a plurality of fins 33 protruding from the end to the vehicle body center side and arranged radially along the circumferential direction of the rim part. The plurality of fins are designed to generate a vortex S that turns in the direction of rotation of the tire at the end of the rim part on the vehicle body center side when the wheel rotates due to vehicle travel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
