To provide a manufacturing method of a tube body used for a power transmission shaft capable of preventing a filament from slipping on a mold inclined portion and winding the filament tightly, when winding the filament around the mold inclined portion of a mandrel.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a tube body used for a power transmission shaft that manufactures by a filament winding method the tube body made of fiber reinforced plastic and having an inclined portion includes: an annular member attaching step of attaching an annular member 10 having a friction coefficient larger than that of a mandrel 8 to a mold inclined portion 9 of the mandrel 8 corresponding to the inclined portion or an outer peripheral surface of a portion of the mandrel 8 where the filament wound around the mold inclined portion 9 passes; a winding step of winding a filament 49 around the annular member 10; a curing step of curing the tube body; and a core pulling-out step of pulling out the mandrel 8 from the tube body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】フィラメントをマンドレルの型傾斜部に巻く際に、型傾斜部でのフィラメントの滑りを防止し、フィラメントを密に巻くことができる動力伝達軸に用いられる管体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】繊維強化プラスチック製で傾斜部を有する管体をフィラメントワインディング法により製造する動力伝達軸に用いられる管体の製造方法であって、前記傾斜部に対応するマンドレル8の型傾斜部9または型傾斜部9に巻き付くフィラメントが通る箇所のマンドレル8の外周面に、マンドレル8よりも摩擦係数が大きい環状部材10を取り付ける環状部材取付工程と、フィラメント49を環状部材10に巻き付ける巻付工程と、管体を硬化させる硬化工程と、マンドレル8を管体から引き抜く脱芯工程と、を備える。【選択図】図3
