To provide an abnormality detection system, a mobile object, an abnormality detection method, and a program capable of detecting abnormality in an image without adjusting an imaging unit.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection system 1 comprises a reception unit 11 and a determination unit 12. The reception unit 11 receives image data of an image captured by an imaging unit 31. The determination unit 12 determines at least whether the pixel values of target pixels are abnormal or not on the basis of a determination condition relating to the pixel values of the target pixels.
