To provide an unmanned carrier capable of reducing power consumption of a laser scanner device relative to prior ones.SOLUTION: An unmanned carrier 10 comprises: a laser scanner device 15 for rotating and projecting a laser beam L to the surrounding; a loading device 40; and a travel device 41, and the unmanned carrier performs a loading work while identifying a current position by the laser scanner device 15. The unmanned carrier further comprises: a scanner control part 30 for controlling luminance and rotation of the laser beam L on the laser scanner device 15. The scanner control part 30 is configured to reduce the luminance of the laser beam L relative to normal luminance when one or both of states of the loading device 40 and the travel device 41 are predetermined states.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】従来よりもレーザスキャナ装置の消費電力が低減された無人搬送車を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る無人搬送車10は、回転しながら周囲にレーザ光Lを投光するレーザスキャナ装置15と、荷役装置40と、走行装置41とを備え、レーザスキャナ装置15で現在位置を特定しながら荷役作業を行うレーザ誘導式の無人搬送車であって、レーザスキャナ装置15におけるレーザ光Lの輝度および回転を制御するスキャナ制御部30をさらに備えている。スキャナ制御部30は、荷役装置40の状態および走行装置41の状態の一方または両方が予め定められた状態になっているときに、レーザ光Lの輝度を通常輝度よりも低下させるよう構成されている。【選択図】図3
