To provide a fine particle showing excellent workability, fuel economy and tenacity when used in a tire rubber composition, a tire rubber composition containing the fine particle, and a pneumatic tire produced using the tire rubber composition.SOLUTION: A fine particle has a core, and a shell that covers at least partially the surface of the core.
