The attitude adjusting method includes a first attitude adjustment step S40 for adjusting the attitude of the suspended load 8 around an X axis by performing parallel operation of a plurality of distance adjustment devices 130 such that distances between all of connection parts 140, which are parallel to the X axis, orthogonal to a horizontal surface HP, and provided on one side with a first vertical surface VP1 including the center of gravity G of the suspended load 8 as a boundary, and a suspension tool 9 are increased respectively and a second attitude adjustment step S50 for adjusting the attitude of the suspended load 8 around a Y axis by performing parallel operation of the plurality of distance adjustment devices 130 such that distances between all of the connection parts 140, which are parallel to the Y axis, orthogonal to the horizontal surface HP, and provided on one side with a second vertical surface VP2 including the center of gravity G of the suspended load 8 as a boundary, and the suspension tool 9 are increased respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
