To reduce vibrations that a bed for patient lying has when a welfare vehicle or emergency rescue vehicle travels on an uneven road during a patient carrying travel.SOLUTION: According to position information on a vehicle, a moving speed, three-axial acceleration, the body weight of a patient, a spring constant and a coefficient of viscosity of suspensions of a bed are set to optimum values before the vehicle passes an uneven road place so as to reduce vibrations that the bed has in passing the uneven road.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】福祉車両や救急救命車両での患者搬送走行中において、凹凸のある道路箇所の通過時に発生する患者横臥用寝台の振動を低減する。【解決手段】車両の位置情報,移動速度、3軸方向加速度、搬送患者の体重とから、車両が凹凸のある道路箇所を通過する前に、予め寝台のサスペンションのバネ定数、粘性係数を最適値に設定することで、凹凸のある当該道路通過時に発生する寝台の振動を低減する。【選択図】図1
