To provide an implement on which a block linkage mechanism being provided over a speed change lever and a transmission block part is arranged in a compact manner.SOLUTION: A block linkage mechanism 76 is provided over a speed change lever 26 and a transmission block part and transmits operation of the speed change lever 26 to a backing side to the transmission block part for operating the transmission block part in a cut-off state. In the block linkage mechanism 76, an upper part 72 which is extended downward from the speed change lever 26 so as to overlap a handle post 30 in side view, and a lower part 73 which is extended rearward from a lower part of the upper part 72 and connected to the transmission block part are provided on the same side to the speed change lever 26 out of a right lateral side and a left lateral side with respect to the handle post 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】作業機において、変速レバーと伝動遮断部とに亘って設けられる遮断連係機構がコンパクトに配置されるように構成する。【解決手段】変速レバー26と伝動遮断部とに亘って設けられて、変速レバー26の後進側への操作を伝動遮断部に伝達して、伝動遮断部を遮断状態に操作する遮断連係機構76が備えられる。遮断連係機構76に、ハンドルポスト30に対して右横側及び左横側のうちの変速レバー26と同じ側において、側面視でハンドルポスト30と重複するように、変速レバー26から下側に延出された上側部分72と、上側部分72の下部から後側に延出されて伝動遮断部に接続された下側部分73とが設けられる。【選択図】図7
