To provide a control apparatus capable of achieving a deceleration force required by a driver in an accelerator returning operation during running.SOLUTION: A control apparatus, which is applied to a vehicle comprising a motor and which controls a deceleration force of the vehicle in accordance with the degree of accelerator opening in an accelerator returning operation, comprises deceleration force control means which performs correction of the deceleration force in the case where a variation of the degree of accelerator opening is a predetermined value or below when the degree of accelerator opening is changed to a closed side during running and which does not perform the correction of the deceleration force in the case where the variation of the degree of accelerator opening is greater than the predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
