To carry out appropriate guidance for a guide sign.SOLUTION: A route guidance control device includes: a sign information acquisition unit for acquiring guide sign information in a traveling direction of a vehicle; a determination unit for determining a relationship between a place name related to a set destination and a place name of the guide sign information; a biometric information acquisition unit for acquiring biometric information of a passenger of the vehicle for the guide sign information; and a route guidance control unit for guiding the relationship between the guidance sign and the destination when a current position of the vehicle is near a guide sign existing in the direction of travel of the vehicle, the determination unit determines that the place name relating to the destination and the place name of the guide sign information have low relevance, and the biometric information acquisition unit acquires predetermined biometric information of the passenger of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
