To provide a track-traveling type crane that can maximize its lifting capacity at work.SOLUTION: A track-traveling type crane includes: a running body 10 that can run freely along a rail 15 and whose wheelbase W is longer than the rail span S; a post 20 erected from the running body 10; a swivel 30 arranged freely at the top of the post 20; a jib 40 provided on the swivel 30 in an undulating manner; a swivel angle detector to detect the swivel angle of the jib 40; a derricking angle detector to detect the derricking angle of the jib 40; a load detector that detects a load of a suspended load being lifted by the jib 40; and a controller in which a plurality of rated load curves for the working radius of the jib 40 are set according to the turning angle of the jib 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
