To provide a charge/discharge control method which can suppress degradation of a secondary battery while exhibiting performance of the secondary battery.SOLUTION: Provided is a control method for charge/discharge of a lithium ion secondary battery which comprises a positive electrode and a negative electrode. According to this charge/discharge control method, input permission electric power Win is determined on the basis of at least one of first allowable charge current IlimB which is allowable charge current which is set as a maximum current value at which metallic lithium does not deposit on the negative electrode, and which is decreased according to charging duration time and increased according to discharging duration time, and second allowable charge current IlimA which is allowable charge current which is set as a maximum current value at which metallic lithium, which is not re-molten, does not deposit on the negative electrode, and which is decreased according to charging duration time and increased according to discharging duration time, and charge/discharge is performed with the input permission electric power or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】二次電池の性能を発揮させつつ劣化を抑制することができる充放電制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】リチウムイオン二次電池の充放電を制御する方法であって、リチウムイオン二次電池は、正極と負極とを備えている。この充放電制御方法は、金属リチウムが負極に析出しない最大電流値として設定される許容充電電流であって、充電継続時間に応じて減少され、放電継続時間に応じて増加される第1許容充電電流IlimBと、再溶解しない金属リチウムが前記負極に析出しない最大電流値として設定される許容充電電流であって、充電継続時間に応じて減少され、放電継続時間に応じて増加される第2許容充電電流IlimAと、の少なくとも一方に基づいて入力許可電力Winを決定し、前記入力許可電力以下で充放電する。【選択図】図2
