To provide a towing vehicle system which enables efficient charging to a cargo handling robot.SOLUTION: A towing vehicle system includes: a towing vehicle; and a towed vehicle 12 which is towed by the towing vehicle. The towed vehicle 12 includes: a placement part 44 on which a cargo handling robot 30 enabling charging can be mounted; an electric power supply source which is mounted on the towed vehicle and can supply electric power to the cargo handling robot 30; and an electric power control device 35 which controls electric power supplied from the electric power supply source. When the cargo handling robot 30 mounted on the placement part 44 is not operated, the electric power control device 35 supplies electric power to charge the cargo handling robot 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
