To prevent a gate mark from being left on a design surface of a vehicle-mounted component, and at the same time, to make it possible to position the vehicle-mounted component reliably with respect to a vehicle body.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a resin-made vehicle-mounted component that is attached to a vehicle body, the vehicle-mounted component are molded by injection molding using an injection molding mold 10 provided with a cavity mold 11 that forms a design surface of a body part of the vehicle-mounted component, and a core mold 12 that forms a back surface 2e of the body part 2 opposite to the design surface 2d, and a contact protrusion 4 that protrudes from the body part 2 and has a tip surface 4a that is a contact surface with the vehicle body. By injection molding, molten resin is injected from a gate channel GR, which is provided in the core mold 12 and is connected to an inner wall surface that forms a surface different from the contact surface of the contact protrusion 4, to the internal space of the injection molding mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】車両実装部品の意匠面にゲート跡が残ることを防止し、同時に、車両実装部品を車体に対して確実に位置決め可能とする。【解決手段】車体に対して取り付けられる樹脂製の車両実装部品の製造方法であって、車両実装部品の本体部が有する意匠面を形成するキャビティ金型11と、本体部2の意匠面2dと反対側の背面2e、及び、本体部2から突出されて先端面4aが車体との当接面とされた当接突部4を形成するコア金型12とを備える射出成形用金型10を用いた射出成形により車両実装部品の成形を行い、射出成形にて、コア金型12に設けられると共に当接突部4の当接面と異なる面を形成する内壁面に接続されたゲート流路GRから溶融樹脂を射出成形用金型の内部空間に供給する。【選択図】図4
