To achieve both a high efficiency draining and reliability in inhibition of a foreign material immersion with a powerful and simple structure.SOLUTION: In a state of blocking four drain holes 5 with a non-woven fabric 14, a fixed bolt 11 is screwed and tightened to a screw hole 12 via a washer 15, and the non-woven fabric 14 is fixed from an external side to a bottom face 1a of a battery pack 1. Condensate water or the like drained in an inner part of the battery pack 1 is drained in the non-woven fabric 14 so as to be discharged from the four drain holes 5, and further, is discharged from a gap part 16 of the washer 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
